nWe're looking for a Senior Video Editor to join the Brand and Marketing team. This person will primarily
Nedit long-form videos forYouTube, while also contributing short-form edits (Shorts, Reels) on a
Ncase-by-case basis.
nKey Responsibilities

- Long-Form Editing-Edit long-form YouTube content with strong narrative structure, pacing, and viewer retention in mind. N
- Short-Form Editing -Contribute to Shorts and Reels as needed, adapting long-form footage or shooting fresh content for short attention spans. N
- Content Versatility -Edit across formats including comedy content, UGC, interviews, product demos, and lifestyle content. N
- Technical Craft -Apply basic animation, sound design and mixing, and colour correction to elevate final output. N
- Storytelling & Timing -Bring a robust sense of storytelling, comedic timing,



and visual pacing to every edit. N
- Fast-Paced Execution -Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround timelines and iterative feedback. N

nQualifications
n● 3-5 years of experience editing long- and short-form social media content.
N● Proficiency in the fullAdobe suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
N● Demonstrated experienceediting comedy content, UGC, interviews, product demos, and lifestyle
Ncontent.
n● Basic knowledge of sound design and mixing, and colour correction.
N● Basic animation experience.
NBonus Skills
n● Experience using AI tools for generating visuals and animations.
N● Experience in leading content shoots.
N● Familiarity with current social media trends, meme culture, and viral content formats, with the
Nability to create engaging hooks, fast-paced edits, and graphics.
