NRole Overview
nSupport financial planning, budgeting, performance analysis, and business partnering. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, support decision-making, and improve profitability.
NKey Responsibilities

- Assist in budgets, forecasts, and monthly planning;
track budget vs. actuals
N
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
N
- Perform revenue, cost, margin, and profitability analysis
N




- Build financial models;
support cash flow and working capital tracking
N
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams on business initiatives
N
- Ensure data accuracy, controls, and process improvements
NSkills & Competencies
n
- Strong analytical skills and finance fundamentals
N
- Advanced Excel;
BItools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
N
- Positive communication and ability to work in fast-paced environments
NQualification & Experience
N
- B.Com / BBA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
N
- 1–3 years in Business Finance / FP&A; / MIS
