NAbout the Role
nAarambh Elite Estate is hiring a Real Estate Field Sales Executive for its Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Division. This is a field-based sales position involving regular client meetings, property site visits, lead follow-ups, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.

NThis position is strictlyfor candidates with prior experience in Real Estate Field Sales.
NMinimum 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Field Sales is REQUIRED.
NThe experience must include regular client meetings, field visits, and property/site visits.
NFRESHERS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Candidates with only general/desk sales experience and no Real Estate Field Sales experience will NOT be considered.
NKey Responsibilities
nGenerate and manage sales leads for Commercial and Industrial properties.
NContact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and regular follow-ups.
NUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
NConduct regular property site visits with clients.
NMeet clients at project sites and explain property details, pricing, location, and other relevant information.
NTravel locally for clientmeetings, property visits, and business development activities.
NBuild and maintain strongclient relationships.
NFollow up with interestedclients and convert leads into site visits and successful deals.
NNegotiate with clients and assist them through the deal closure process.
NCoordinate with internal teams regarding property details, site visits, and documentation.
NMaintain accurate sales records and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
NAchieve assigned monthly sales and site-visit targets.
