Introduction About Role –
We're looking for Senior Account Manager - E-Commerce Performance Marketing experienced in managing clients for performance marketing for DTC brands, people who are great understanding of the creative + website + retention + ads ecosystem, and have a master-level approach towards client management and timelines.

*Must have about 3 years of experience in working for a performance marketing agency.

- Own and manage key/enterprise accounts with a focus on retention, growth, and profitability.
- Lead client communication, weekly/monthly calls, QBRs, and business reviews.
- Build strong client relationships and handle escalations, negotiations, and difficult conversations.
- Coordinate with Media Buying, Creative, Retention, and other teams to drive timely execution.
- Track account performance, identify risks, growth opportunities, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Have a solid understanding of the overall e-commerce ecosystem to proactively recommend new ideas, improvements, and relevant services to clients.
- Understand key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, CTR, CVR, ATC, and revenue.
