NKey Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify contractor RA and final bills. N
- Prepare BOQs and quantity estimations. N
- Verify site measurements and subcontractor bills. N
- Coordinate with Site, Purchase & Accounts teams. N
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and work orders. N
- Track billing milestones and project costs. N
- Prepare billing MIS, cost analysis, and reconciliation reports. N
- Support budgeting, cashflow planning, and audits. N

nRequirements

- N
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering. N
- 3–6 years of billing experience with a real estate developer. N
- Robust knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, and billing procedures. N
- Ability to read architectural, structural & MEP drawings. N
- Proficiency in MS Excel;
AutoCAD & ERP knowledge preferred. N
- Experience in redevelopment/residential projects is an advantage. N
