NWhat You'll Do

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. N
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and CPM. N
- Scale winning campaignswhile maintaining profitability. N
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures. N
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. N
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop high-converting ad creatives. N
- Stay updated with Meta platform changes, industry trends,



and best practices. N
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure optimal allocation. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- n
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads. N
- Robust understanding ofMeta Ads Manager and Business Manager. N
- Knowledge of campaign objectives, pixel events, conversions, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. N
- Experience in campaign scaling and performance optimization. N
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. N
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. N
- Excellent communicationand teamwork skills. N
