The candidate should be capable of driving academic excellence while ensuring compliance with university and regulatory standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership N

- Assist the Principal in the overall administration and strategic planning of the institution. N
- Oversee the academic operations of UG and PG programs. N
- Ensure effective implementation of Bangalore University regulations, curriculum, examinations, and academic policies. N
- Monitor teaching quality, lesson plans, student outcomes,



and academic performance. N
- Guide faculty members in curriculum planning, research activities, and career development. N

NAAC & Quality Assurance N

- Lead and coordinate all NAAC accreditation activities. N
- Prepare and maintain SSR, AQAR, IQAC documentation, and statutory compliance records. N
- Implement quality initiatives and institutional best practices. N
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and accreditation visits. N

Admissions & Student Affairs N

- Oversee the complete admissions process and ensure admission targets are achieved. N
