Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
NWe're looking for someonewho is obsessed with YouTube.
NNot someone who just watches videos but someone who pauses to figure out why a video works, how it's shot, how it's edited, and why people keep watching.
NYou don't need years of experience. In fact, we'd rather have someone who has taught themselves by making videos, experimenting, learning from YouTube, or building personal projects than someone with a perfect resume.
NIf you're naturally curious, creative, and willing to hustle, you'll fit right in.
NWhat You'll Do:

- Assist in planning and producing YouTube videos from idea to upload. N
- Research topics, trends, competitors, and storytelling angles. N
- Help shoot planning, and production logistics. N
- Support shoots (camera,lighting, audio, behind-the-scenes). N
- Learn and contribute tovideo editing. N
- Preferred to have knowledge to create thumbnails and simple graphics (or learn to). N
- Brainstorm creative content ideas with the team. N
- Experiment with AI tools and new workflows to improve content quality and speed. N
- Continuously learn whatmakes content perform and apply those insights. N

- Are genuinely passionate about YouTube and online content. N
- Have learned skills on your own through YouTube, courses, or personal projects. N
- Have made videos—even if they're for your own channel, college, or Instagram. N

- Love learning recent toolsand improving every week. N
- Can take feedback without ego and iterate quickly. N
- Are proactive, you don't wait to be told what to do. N
- Have a strong work ethic and enjoy building things from scratch. N

- Know Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut. N
- Have used Photoshop, Canva, or Figma. N
- Understand thumbnail design. N
