NAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery/Program Manager to own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, enterprise Microsoft technology programs. This is a high-visibility role for someone who has led complex, multi-workstream engineering programs — someone equally comfortable in a stakeholder steering committee and a sprint planning session. You'll sit at the intersection of technical depth and delivery leadership, directly shaping outcomes for a marquee Microsoft technology engagement.

- Delivery metrics — monitor KPIs across productivity, quality, and resource utilization, and act on what the data tells you N
- Governance & compliance— ensure engineering best practices, security, and compliance standards are consistently met N
- Continuous improvement — champion process excellence and operational efficiency across the program N
