- Design Business Strategy to aggressively grow Mutual Fund AUM & SIP book through Branch channel (B2C) & Partner network (B2B) at Pan-India level. Closely monitor execution and target achievement across Regions, Clusters & Branches. N
- Drive Mutual Fund salesand provide excellent Sales Support to Pan-India Relationship Managers, Sales & Dealing teams located across branches via Mutual Fund portfolio analysis, rebalancing reviews, preparing product presentations and conducting joint e-meetings/con-calls with HNI clients. N
- Provide excellent Business Development support to branches by spotting AUM growth opportunities using Business Analytics. Design AUM growth campaigns, contests, IAPs, Events and marketing drives at branch/cluster level. N
- Maintain excellent relationship with AMCs, drive new product launches and arrange regular Fund Manager calls, Sales & Product trainings at Pan-India level. N
- Coordinate with internal Operations, Technology, & Compliance teams to ensure smooth business functioning, MIS reporting,



faster query resolution, adherence to regulations and overall quality of business. N

nPreferred candidate profile:

- n
- Minimum 6-7 yearsof experience in Mutual Fund sales, advisory, product or business development domain with large wealth management or broking company. Should be well versed with online/offline Mutual Fund transaction process, NSE/BSE MF platform, and AMC RTA processes. N
- Strong sales drive, andexcellent communication, relationship management, analytical & presentation skills with pro-active attitude. N
- Good product selection & research skills using any MF Research software like Morning Star or Accord or Ngen or any other utility or advisory tool. N
- Valuable MS-Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must. Knowledge of designing digital marketing drives or using marketing-automation tools will be a great advantage. N
