- Drive external/ internal sales activities in alignment with organizational revenue and growth objectives, in close coordination with the Head – C&I; Business Development. N
- Lead client engagement through meetings, site visits, and on-ground interactions to drive conversions and strengthen long-term relationships. N
- Take end-to-end ownership of deal execution, from client acquisition and proposal presentation to commercial negotiations and contract finalization. N
- Collaborate with technical and financial modelling teams to develop customized proposals and competitive commercial offerings tailored to client requirements. N
- Monitor sales performance, manage the deal pipeline, and provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts to senior management. N
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to foster strategic relationships with key decision-makers across industrial and corporate client segments. N
- Guide and Support manager- BD with all the required inputs, study, documentation, market information, regulatory risks,



commercial understanding timely for proposal submission, N

- Proven expertise in business development within the corporate PPA space, including captive and open access structures. N
- Robust communication, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities. N
- In-depth understanding of project economics, regulatory frameworks, and client return-on-investment (ROI) considerations. N
- Self-driven and outcome-oriented, with the ability to independently manage and close high-value transactions. N
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with a clear focus on performance delivery. N
- Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements, site assessments, and business development activities. N
