- Retain & grow existing Accounts revenue through upselling & cross selling. N
- Mapping of all existingaccounts with all key stakeholders. N
- Build relation through extensive networking & establish healthy relationships with CXOs. N
- Have complete ownershipof sales cycle. N
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and maximize retention. N
- Develop a strategic business expansion plan along with CSMs. N
- Identify and develop cross selling opportunities by strengthening customer relationship and establishing trust, to grow company business. N
- Negotiate contracts andclose agreements to maximize profits. N





nWhat we look for?

- n
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role. N
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.G. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel). N
- 5+ years of closing Enterprise SaaS Experience in the marketing technology space with particular emphasis on email and marketing automation. N
- Demonstrable ability tocommunicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. N
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. N
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. N
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities. N
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. N
- BA/BS degree in Business Admin
