We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs from quotation through production, delivery, and post-launch support while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability.
NRole Description
nThis is a full time, on-site role for a Program Manager in Coimbatore. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing programs from RFQ through production and coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution of customer programs.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary customer contact. N

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and program milestones. N

- CoordinateEngineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing activities. N

- Monitor production schedules and resolve delivery constraints. N

- Coordinateengineering changes, prototype builds, PPAPs, and production releases. N

- Review customer purchase orders and support quotation activities. N

- n
- Monitor program profitability and identify cost reduction opportunities. N

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. N

- Lead customer quality concerns, corrective actions, and audit support activities. N

- Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply chain issues impacting customer programs. N

- Prepare customer presentations, KPI reports, and executive program status updates. N

- Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time delivery and custom
