Job DescriptionRole Objective
NTo lead the monthly closure of Books of Accounts, manage Fixed Assets capitalization, and
Noversee the financial operations. The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate P&L; reporting, margin analysis, and providing strategic financial presentations to internal stakeholders and the Board.
NKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n● Fixed Assets Management: Manage capitalization of projects, review Capital
NWork-in-Progress (CWIP), and lead vendor negotiations regarding pricing and payment
Nterms.
n● Financial Closing & MIS: Lead monthly closure of Books of Accounts and prepare
Nmonthly P&L; accounts and presentation decks.
N● Strategic Reporting: Prepare quarterly Horizon-Margin Analysis and Board Meeting
NPresentation Decks.
n● Audit & Compliance: Address queries from Internal and Statutory auditors;
ensure
ncompliance with Foreign Travel policies and account for foreign tour expenses.
N● ● Operations & Collections: Follow up with customers for payments, track collections, and
Nliaison with partners forprofit-share reviews.
N● Global Coordination: Coordinate with Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, International
NMarketing, and Logistics teams for business operations and fee payments.
N● Treasury & Advances: Manage vendor payments and investments (approved by NA
NChairman) and track/recover overdue forex advances.
NJOB REQUIREMENTS
n● Minimum 4–7 years of experience specifically within the Pharmaceutical
N● Well-conversant with SAP ECC/HANA.
N● Highly proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations with complex charts,
Ndiagrams, and InteractiveDashboards.
NEducational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
NWork Location: Corporate Office- Govandi East
NWorking Days: Monday to Friday( 2nd & 4th Saturday off, 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday operational)
