Job DescriptionThe Planning manager is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating with project teams, tracking progress, identifying schedule risks, and providing accurate reports to management.

- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. N
- Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones. N
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule. N
- Update schedules periodically based on actual site progress. N
- Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays. N
- Prepare recovery and mitigation plans for schedule slippages. N
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams. N
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves. N
- Analyze manpower, equipment, and resource requirements. N
- Monitor project productivity and performance indicators. N




- Support project managers in planning and forecasting activities. N
- Participate in project review meetings and provide schedule updates. N
- Maintain planning documentation and project records. N
- Ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements. N
- Prepare Baseline Budget, Actual cost incured and Cost To complete and track monthly N

- Bachelor's degreein Civil, NICMAR is added value N
- 6-10 years of planning and scheduling experience (depending on position level) N
- Experience in Ultra Luxury project, Commercial, and Residential Mandatory, Infra experience is not required N
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring. N
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation. N
