NAccounting & Reporting

- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). N
- Ensure all Balances arereconciled on monthly basis N
- Closing the month end and reporting the numbers for Management reporting N
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations. N

nGovernance & Compliance

- Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA). N
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate governance policies, and audit requirements. N
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and compliance audits. N

nCash Flow & Treasury Management

- n
- Manage cash flow,working capital, and liquidity. N
- Oversee treasury operations and banking relationships. N

nRisk Management
N
- n
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. N
- Ensure segregation of duties and fraud prevention through robust control systems. N
