NThe role involves managing and optimising digital assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and seamless content workflows across e-commerce and digital channels.

- Lead and manage the Librarian team,



overseeing workload distribution, performance, and professional development. N
- Own DAM/PIM governance strategy end to end, defining taxonomy standards, naming conventions, and metadata frameworks across accounts and markets. N
- Set and continuously evolve proper control and defect-management standards for asset cataloguing, tagging, and publishing, ensuring consistency across the team. N
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex discrepancies, structural DAM/PIM issues, and cross team conflicts, resolving or routing them appropriately. N
- Partner directly with QA, Traffic, CPM, Syndication, and Design leads to align asset governance with the broader production lifecycle. N
- Define resourcing needs, participate in hiring, and onboard current Librarian team members, building scalable training programs for the wider team. N
- Own reporting on DAM/PIM health, defect trends, and process per
