nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Manage end-to-endplanning and execution of domestic and international corporate events, MICE programs, conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and incentive travel. N
- Handle complete event logistics,



including venue selection, travel, accommodation, transportation, registrations, and vendor management. N
- Oversee event production and ensure flawless on-site execution. N
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and business partners to deliver high-quality events within timelines and budgets. N
- Prepare event plans, presentations, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office. N
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional stakeholder experience. N

nRequired Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Events & MICE. N
- Strong expertise in end-to-end event logistics and production. N
- Proven experience in managing domestic and international events. N
- Excellent project management, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills. N
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). N
