N Deliver high-quality teaching at Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and Doctoral
Nlevels
n Use up-to-date pedagogical techniques and digital tools
N Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments
N Mentor students in academic and research projects
NResearch & Publications
N Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals/conferences
N Lead research initiatives and guide Ph.D. scholars
N Drive large-scale fundedresearch projects and research centers
NCurriculum & Academic Development
N Contribute to curriculumdesign, revision, and innovation
N Ensure Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices




N Participate in academic committees and institutional development
NLeadership & Administration
N Mentor junior faculty and support academic administration (for Associate Professor)
N Provide academic leadership and strategic direction (for Professor)
N Contribute to accreditation and ranking processes (NBA, NAAC, NIRF)
NIndustry & Collaboration
N Develop industry partnerships, internships, and placement support
N Engage in consultancy, innovation, and technology transfer
N Build national and international academic collaborations
NQualifications & Eligibility
N Ph.D. in relevant discipline (mandatory for Associate Professor & Professor
Npreferred/ongoing for Assistant Professor)
N M.Tech (CSE)

NExperience Requirements
N Assistant Professor
n Associate Professor: Minimum 8+ years
