Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NWe are looking for a smart, analytical, and proactive Lead Management Associate to own the lead qualification process and ensure qualified leads are passed to the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, communicating with customers, and improving business processes.
NYou will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping qualify their requirements while maintaining accurate lead data and ensuring timely follow-ups with sales team.
NKey Responsibilities

- Qualify inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social channels and website inquiries. N
- Assess customer intent,timeline, and requirements to determine lead quality. N
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales team with complete information. N
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM on a daily basis. N
- Track lead movement across the sales funnel and ensure no lead is missed. N
- Generate daily, weekly,and monthly reports on lead quality and source performance. N




- Identify trends in leadquality and recommend improvements to marketing campaigns. N
- Coordinate closely withthe sales teams to improve lead conversion rates. N
