Job DescriptionThe Area General Manager (AGM) will play a pivotal role in expanding Livspace's franchise network across designated regions. The AGM will be responsible for identifying potential cities, strategizing franchise expansion and ensuring successful onboarding of franchise partners. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead, guide and train team members while building and nurturing relationships with potential franchise partners.
NRoles & Responsibilities
N1. Market Identification & Strategy:
NCollaborate with the regional manager to identify high-potential cities for Livspace franchise expansion.
NConduct detailed market research to analyse building material data and identify key growth opportunities.
N2. Team Management & Collaboration:
NManage & work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyse & call leads from potential areas.
NProvide guidance, training, and support to ensure alignment with Livspace's franchise selection criteria.
N3. Lead Generation & Meetings:




NScrutinize and shortlist the potential franchise profiles that align with Livspace's standards.
NOversee the scheduling and alignment of meetings with interested prospects in target areas.
N4. Area Visits & ProspectEngagement:
NPlan & execute weekly visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics & strengthen connections.
NPersonally pitch Livspace's franchise model to prospective partners, generating interest & driving conversions.
N5. Franchise Conversion &Onboarding;:
NFacilitate the onboardingprocess by converting the right profiles into Livspace franchise partners.
NEnsure all necessary steps are completed to make current franchises operational and live within set timelines.
N6. Performance Management:
NAchieve franchise onboarding targets and ensure KPIs are met consistently.
NRegularly monitor progress and take corrective actions to address any challenges in franchise conversion.
