About the Role NWe're looking for a seasoned Associate Creative Director – Copy who can lead ideas, shape narratives, and drive high-impact campaigns across platforms. This role is for someone who doesn't just write copy but thinks in campaigns, builds brand voice, and collaborates deeply with design, strategy, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities N

- Lead and conceptualize integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms N
- Translate brand strategy into compelling copy, scripts, and storytelling formats N
- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for: N
- Ad campaignsn
- Social media N
- Video scripts & reels N
- Brand films and commercials N
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to bring ideas to life N
- Take ownership of creative direction on campaigns from ideation to execution N




- Mentor junior copywriters and ensure consistency in tone and quality N
- Participate in client discussions, presentations, and pitch decks N
- Stay updated with trends, cultural insights, and platform-specific content styles N

Required Skills & Experience N

- Proven experienceworking on brand campaigns and creative strategy N
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-based work (mandatory) N
- Ability to think in bigideas, not just captions N
- Hands-on experience with video scripting, ad films, and short-form content N
- Understanding of shoot execution, storyboarding, and on-set workflows N
- Robust command over language, tone, and brand voice development N
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment N
- Leadership mindset withthe ability to guide and inspire a team N
