- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. N
- Good understanding of modular interiors and residential space planning. N
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. N
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales and design. N
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic design software (AutoCAD/SketchUp/3D tools preferred). N
- Ability to work in a quick-paced sales environment. N
