- Proven experience managing S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects

- Strong knowledge of SAPActivate methodology and Agile/Waterfall frameworks
NExperience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation → Go-Live)

- Solid understanding ofproject planning, scheduling, and resource management
N
- Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies
N
- Exposure to SAP functional modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)
N
- Experience in budget management and cost control
N
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
N
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill
NKey responsibilities:
NLead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery
N Define and execute project plans, timelines,



and milestones
N Ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy
N Manage project governance, reporting, and status tracking
N Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
N Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams
N Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans
N Oversee budget, resourceallocation, and financial tracking
N Ensure adherence to SAP methodologies (Activate, Agile, Waterfall)
N Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT) and quality assurance
N Lead cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support
N Monitor project KPIs anddrive continuous improvement
N Manage vendor and partner relationships
N Ensure successful changemanagement and user adoption
