NKey Responsibilities

- Drive branch sales, revenue, profitability, and overall business growth. N
- Lead, recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing luxury real estate sales team. N
- Drive sales of premium and ultra-luxury residential projects while managing HNI, UHNI, NRI, and investor relationships. N
- Support high-value negotiations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and maintain CRM excellence. N
- Identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with developer partners to maximize business growth. N




- Represent Bridgekeys atluxury project launches, networking events, and developer meetings. N

- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred. N
- 3–6 years of experiencein luxury residential real estate sales. N
- Mandatory experience asa Team Leader managing a team selling luxury residential real estate. N
- Proven success in achieving high-value sales targets and leading successful sales teams. N
- Strong understanding ofBangalore's luxury real estate market. N
