We are looking for a versatile, sharp, and proactive Executive Assistant / Business Manager to work closely with the leadership team across land acquisition, legal coordination, business strategy, and sales execution.
NKey Responsibilities

- Oversee documentation, paperwork, and initial due diligence required for land acquisition. N
- Coordinate legal paperwork, title searches, and documentation for land and project approvals. N
- Engage with legal counsel, authorities, and consultants to ensure complete legal compliance. N




- Assist leadership in planning and executing strategic roadmaps for recent project launches. N
- Track project timelines, cross-departmental tasks, and operational deliverables. N
- Assist with project sales terminology, broker networks, and sales strategy execution. N
- Apply basic real estatefinancial models (cash flows, project feasibility, and yield/margin tracking). N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- Industry Experience: 4–8+ years of hands-on experience in the Navi Mumbai & Panvel real estate market. N
- Functional Background: Prior experience in Land BD, Real Estate Legal, Sales, or Executive Assistance to Real Estate Promoters/Directors. N
- Local Expertise: Deep familiarity with Panvel/Navi Mumbai micro-markets, local broker networks, and land processes. N
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, basic real estate financial acumen, excellent communication, and legal document literacy
