- Responsible for overall Design and coordination of the project and team N
- Work with the Design Manager(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production N
- Lead design effort and client presentations, support client relationships N
- Collaborate with DesignManager(s) to deliver projects on time N
- Coordinate with consultants N
- Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions N
- Mentor junior and intermediate design staff N
- Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings N
- Oversee development of design throughout design development and construction drawings N
- Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination N
- Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs N
- Participate in firm marketing, industry events and project interviews N
- Collaborate with designtalent across the firm to elevate the quality of our work overall N
- Must be able to plan ahead and anticipate the project's needs in order to maintain goals and objectives of the project, on behalf of all project team members N
- Must be able to executestrong follow through on agenda items and project issues to achieve a high level of design N

- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve both individually and as a part of a project team N
- Proficiency in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Sketchup, PhotoShop & InDesign N
- Understanding Bluebeam N
- Knowledge of materials,construction techniques, and building codes N
- Robust presentation skills N
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time N
- Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas N
- Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationship
