Role Description The IT Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This role is responsible for providing daily technical support to internal teams, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop computers and related systems. The specialist will respond to help desk tickets,
diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, and escalate issues when necessary. They will assist with system installations, updates, and configurations, maintain IT inventory, and support users with productivity and collaboration tools that underpin PalZee’s platform. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to minimize downtime, improve system reliability, and contribute to ongoing IT process improvements.
