NWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within the US Recruitment, Staffing, and Non-IT Services industry.
NThe ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and lead generation, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive professional who can build long-term client relationships while consistently achieving business development targets.

- Conduct client meetings, virtual presentations, and sales discussions to understand hiring and staffing requirements. N
- Present recruitment, staffing, and non-IT service solutions to prospective clients. N
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities. N
