NJob Description: We're looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our India team. You'll play a critical role in the top-of-funnel sales process by generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for the sales team. - Research, identify, and reach out to potential leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. N
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential fit based on predefined criteria. N
- Set up discovery meetings for Account Executives and help build a strong pipeline. N
- Use CRM tools to track activity, update lead information, and maintain accurate records. N




- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and follow-up efforts. N
- Gather market intelligence and prospect feedback to improve outreach strategies. N
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and outreach activity. N

- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in B2B or SaaS. N
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. N
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections. N
- Solid organizational and time-management skills. N
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms. N
- Self-starter attitude with a high level of ownership and accountability. N
- Familiarity with the Indian B2B market is a plus. N
