nKey Responsibilities
NFacilities Operations

- N
- Manage daily operationsof office facilities, ensuring uninterrupted business operations. N
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG sets, lifts, and other building systems. N
- Monitor building management systems (BMS), access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems. N
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, landscaping, and pest control services. N
- Manage workplace requests through ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution. N

nVendor & Contract Management

- n
- Manage facility service providers and contractors. N
- Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). N
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits. N
- Verify vendor invoices and support payment processing. N
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procurement policies. N

- State Shops & Establishments Act N
- National Building Code (NBC) N
- Fire and Life Safety regulations N
- Local Fire Department requirements N

- Occupational health andsafety requirements N
- Coordinate fire drills,emergency response exercises, and evacuation planning. N
- Support EHS audits and corrective action implementation. N
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation. N
