NWe are looking for a seasoned investment qualified to lead the origination and execution of healthcare real estate and infrastructure transactions across India. This leadership role requires deep expertise in healthcare investments, M&A;, real estate platforms, financial modeling, and stakeholder management to drive high-value strategic transactions.

NResponsibilities –

- Lead origination and execution of healthcare real estate and infrastructure transactions, including hospitals, diagnostics, life sciences assets, and medical infrastructure. N
- Manage end-to-end investment transactions involving M&A;, joint ventures, platform investments, asset monetization, and lease structures. N
- Build financial models,conduct investment analysis,



and evaluate complex transaction structures to support investment decisions. N
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, healthcare operators, developers, private equity funds, and senior stakeholders. N
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage external advisors, and drive successful deal execution from origination to closure. N

nRequirements –

- N
- 12–18+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or Capital Markets. N
- Strong experience in healthcare investments, healthcare M&A;, real estate, infrastructure, or asset monetization transactions. N
- Expertise in financial modeling, investment underwriting, valuation, and deal structuring. N
- Excellent stakeholder management, commercial acumen, negotiation, and leadership skills. N
- Tier-1 MBA preferred;
CA/CFA qualification will be an added advantage. N
