NChandigarh University is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage our Tele-Counsellor Inside Sales Team. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in student counselling/sales, we want to hear from you
NKey Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound). N
- Drive admission targetsand ensure revenue growth. N
- Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion rates. N
- Handle shrinkage, attrition, and team productivity. N
- Ensure exceptional counselling experience for students & parents. N




- Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure process compliance. N

nRequired Experience

- n
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in N
- EdTech / University / College / Education / Edu-tech industry N
- Strong background in team handling, inside sales & counselling N
- Excellent communicationskills and confidence N
- Proven experience in revenue generation & achieving targets N
