NRole Overview
nThis is a full time chance, on-site for a Graphic Designer at Decode Mediacom, (Ahmedabad candidates only). We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually striking designs that resonate with our clients' audiences. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a team player who stays updated with the latest design trends and tools.

- Develop innovative designs for digital platforms, including social media creatives, ads, infographics, and web graphics. N
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. N
- Create brand-aligned visual assets that enhance storytelling and engagement. N
- Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining consistency in brand identity. N
- Support video production teams with motion graphics and visual elements when needed. N
- Continuously research new design techniques, software, and industry trends. N
nRequirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. N
- 3- 5 year of professional design experience. N
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW. N
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. N
- Excellent communicationand collaboration skills. N
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines. N
