NAbout the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Company Secretary & Legal professional with 8–10 years of experience in listed companies. The incumbent will be responsible for managing corporate governance, Board and Committee matters, SEBI and stock exchange compliances, legal advisory, and ensuring adherence to all applicable corporate laws and regulations.



The role requires extensive experience in a publicly listed company environment and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board.
