Job DescriptionAbout the Role NWe are looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our US IT Staffing team. In this role, you will manage bench consultants, build strong relationships with vendors and clients, and drive successful placements in the competitive US IT staffing market. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities NSales & Bench Management

- Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clients N
- Build and expand vendor/client relationships N
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - lead generation, submissions, negotiation, and closure N
- Ensure a steady pipeline of requirements with quick submission turnaround N
- Negotiate billing ratesand finalize contract terms N
- Maintain consistent follow-ups on submissions, interviews, and placements N

nCandidate Engagement & Career Advisory

- Understand candidates' career goals and match them with the right opportunities N




- Build long-term relationships with IT professionals N
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups N
- Deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience from sourcing to placement N
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems N

nTeam & PerformanceManagement

- Mentor and support junior sales executives N
- Track individual and team performance against targets N
- Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales reporting N
