Role Description The Solid Wood Production Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Moradabad, responsible for overseeing all stages of solid wood product manufacturing. This position manages production planning, supervises shop-floor operations, and coordinates with design, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and consistent product standards. The manager will monitor resource utilization, maintain equipment and tools, and implement safety and quality protocols. Daily tasks include guiding production staff,



resolving process issues, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment with customer specifications and export requirements. The role also involves continuous improvement of production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support the company’s high-quality, tailor-made offerings.
