NThe Zonal Manager Admissions will be responsible for driving student enrollment in their assigned zone by managing a team, building relationships with educational institutions, and implementing effective admission strategies. The role requires strong leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills to achieve the universitys admission targets.

N1. Admission & EnrollmentStrategy:

- Develop and execute admission plans to achieve enrollment targets for the assigned zone. N
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to enhance student outreach and lead conversions. N
- Analyze admission trends and suggest improvements in the admission process. N

n2. Team Management& Leadership:

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Admission Counselors/Executives. N




- Set performance targetsand ensure efficient execution of admission strategies. N
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide necessary training and guidance. N

n3. Institutional &Partner; Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational consultants. N
- Organize and participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and educational fairs. N
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a robust pipeline of prospective students. N

n4. Marketing & Outreach:

- Work closely withthe marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. N
- Organize zonal-level admission events, webinars, and career counseling sessions. N
- Utilize digital and offline channels for student engagement and lead generation. N
