Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans in coordination with external/internal auditors. N
- Present audit plans, findings, and status updates to senior management and the Audit Committee. N
- Coordinate with external audit firms, ensuring timely planning, data availability, and quality of audit assignments. N
- Liaise with functional heads (Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, etc.) to facilitate audits and drive closure of audit observations. N
- Maintain a centralized audit tracker, monitor corrective actions, and escalate critical overdue issues. N
- Support enterprise riskmanagement by identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational, financial, and compliance risks. N
- Evaluate and strengtheninternal controls, recommend process improvements, and drive governance and control enhancements. N




- Prepare Audit Committeereports covering audit status, key findings, open observations, risk exposures, and compliance updates. N

nQualification

- N
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance). N
- CIA (Certified InternalAuditor) is preferred. N

nExperience & Skills
N
- n
- 6–12 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Controls, or Assurance. N
- Experience in manufacturing (FMCG, Footwear, Apparel, or Consumer Products preferred). N
- Hands-on experience managing Big 4/external audit firms and interacting with Audit Committees. N
- Solid exposure to SAP and enterprise control frameworks. N
- Excellent analytical, reporting, project coordination, leadership, influencing, and regulatory compliance skills. N
