NReporting to – Fund Manager

nJob Description
NEffectively manage order execution and portfolio rebalancing activities for ETF and index fund mandates, ensuring timely alignment with benchmark compositions and investment objectives. Execute trades with a strong focus on minimizing market impact, controlling transaction costs, and maintaining tracking accuracy. Coordinate with brokers and internal stakeholders to optimize liquidity utilization and ensure seamless settlement processes.

- Execution of orders forETFs & Index funds on NSE/BSE. N
- Coordinating with Clients & brokers for execution of baskets. N
- Coordinating with Market Makers for facilitating ETF trades on the exchange. N
- Planning & execution ofrebalance orders for ETFs/Index funds. N




- Understanding & execution of trades in Securities lending & borrowing markets N
- Ensuring Tracking Errorof schemes is low. N
- Uploading all trades inETF system. N
- Tracking Corporate Actions for ETFs / Index funds. N
- Assisting Fund Manager N
- Back up as Fund Managerin the absence of the primary Fund Manager N

nExperience
n2- 4 years of experience in ETF Dealing, mutual fund industry
NKey skills

- Solid Knowledge of financial markets and Indian Mutual Fund industry N
- Knowledge of SEBI MF regulations and AMFI guidelines N
- Communication skills N
- Ability to think out ofthe box N
- Analytical bent of mindwith a research inclination. N

nQualifications
nMBA (preferred) or CA or CFA or equivalent qualification
