NRole Summary:
NCounsel prospective students and parents, manage admission inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into enrollments while achieving admission targets.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Make 100+ outbound calls daily
N
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries
N
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
N
- Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships & admission process
N
- Recommend suitable programs based on student profiles
N
- Handle objections and convert leads into admissions
N
- Achieve daily/monthly admission targets
NEligibility:

- Bachelor's degree

- 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Telecalling, Education Sales, Telesales, or Lead Conversion

- Education/EdTech experience preferred
