B2B Sales skilled with a strong track record of selling BPO/KPO services to US Retail & eCommerce clients
NKey Responsibilities:
NDrive new business acquisition for Retail BPO/KPO services
NOwn the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and deal closure.
NBuild and manage relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers across US Retail and eCommerce organizations.
NCollaborate with pre-sales, operations, marketing,



and delivery teams to deliver scalable outsourcing solutions.
NWe're Looking For:
N8–12 years of B2B sales experience selling BPO/KPO services to US clients.
NStrong understanding of Retail Content, eCommerce operations, and Digital Catalog Management.
NExperience managing enterprise clients across US time zones.
NExcellent consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
NExperience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
NMBA is preferred.
