About us NAnton Global Pharmaceuticals is a Mumbai-based pharmaceutical export house. We move finished formulations, nutraceuticals and APIs into markets across Latin America, the Middle East and Africa. We are a lean team, which means every role here is hands-on and visible.
The role NThis is a two-part role reporting directly to the Managing Director and the CEO. The first half is executive assistance to both principals — calendar, travel, correspondence, meeting preparation and follow-through. The second is talent acquisition: finding candidates, running the hiring process end to end, and keeping our pipeline full as we grow.
NTo be clear about scope: this is not an HR business-partner or people-management role, and it does not cover HR administration. You will not be running performance reviews,



handling payroll or statutory paperwork, or sitting inside the operating workflow of the commercial and supply chain teams. Those functions sit elsewhere. Your mandate is to keep the MD's and CEO's day running on time, and to keep the hiring pipeline full.

- Manage both calendars: scheduling, rescheduling, protecting focus time, and flagging conflicts before they happen. N
- Plan and book domestic and international travel — flights, hotels, visas, forex, ground transport, itineraries. N
- Prepare meeting material: agendas, briefing notes, background on the counterparty, and minutes with explicit action points. N
- Track follow-ups and deadlines across both principals' commitments so nothing quietly lapses. N
- Draft and manage correspondence, and act as the first point of contact for external visitors and callers. N
