NWe are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Client Servicing who is passionate about building strong client relationships and managing advertising and marketing projects from brief to execution. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of advertising, marketing and brand communication, possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and be capable of coordinating with internal creative teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
NKey Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, marketing requirements and brand needs.

- Take detailed client briefs and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.

- Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy,



Content, Design and Production teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
N
- Manage multiple advertising and marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
N
- Conduct regular client meetings, status calls and presentations, providing proactive updates on ongoing projects.
N
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of all campaign assets.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.
N
- Ensure all client deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality expectations.
N
- Prepare project timelines, meeting notes, status reports and campaign documentation.
N
- Follow up with internalteams to ensure work is executed as per the client brief and agreed timelines.

- Identify opportunities to grow
