NRole Summary:
NThe People Manager – PR &ORM; will oversee the company's public relations activities, manage online reputation, lead a team of PR and ORM professionals, and serve as the key liaison across internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, robust media relations & stakeholder management capability, and the ability to translate corporate objectives into impactful media and online narratives.

- Develop and execute integrated PR and corporate communication strategies to strengthen BPTP's brand reputation, visibility, and market positioning. N
- Build and nurture relationships with media, journalists, editors, industry bodies, and key influencers. N
- Drive proactive media engagement through press releases, media briefings, interviews, press conferences,



project launch communications, and corporate announcements. N
- Develop and manage an annual PR calendar aligned with business milestones, project launches, leadership announcements, awards, and CSR initiatives. N
- Monitor media coverage,industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing strategic recommendations to leadership. N
- Lead crisis communication planning and response, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent messaging during sensitive situations. N
- Manage award nominations, industry recognitions, and speaking opportunities to enhance corporate and leadership visibility. N
