Are you an IT Staffing professional who has evolved from Talent Acquisition into Key Account Management, Client Success, or Staffing Sales?
We're looking for a highly driven qualified who understands both talent and client dynamics. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed bench consultants, consultant redeployment, client relationships, and demand generation within the IT staffing ecosystem.
Please Note: This is not a Resource Management (RMG) role. We are seeking someone who can strategically connect available talent with business opportunities by collaborating across recruitment, sales, delivery, and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
Talent & Bench Strategy
- Drive proactive bench redeployment by identifying suitable client opportunities before consultants become billable risks.
- Own consultant availability, utilization, and redeployment planning to maximize bench profitability.
- Prepare consultants for client interviews through resume optimization, interview readiness, and market positioning.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with Key Account Managers, Sales, Delivery, HR, and Business Heads to create redeployment opportunities.
- Collaborate with SDRs, BDMs, and account teams to generate demand for available consultants.
- Act as the bridge between consultants and clients, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the redeployment lifecycle.
Business Impact
- Track consultant pipelines, contract expirations, utilization, and redeployment metrics.
- Contribute to pricing discussions, utilization planning, and workforce forecasting.
- Drive process improvements that enhance consultant deployment, client satisfaction, and overall business performance.
