Business Development Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across its IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, and Project-Based Services practice. This is a strategic sales role responsible for developing new enterprise relationships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning workforce solutions that help clients accelerate technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling professional services, contingent labor, Statement of Work (SOW) solutions, and managed project delivery into enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities
- Primarily work in US timezone with some flexibility.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow IT staffing and consulting services revenue.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise clients through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Build executive-level relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, VMS/MSP programs, and technology leaders.




- Position and sell a full portfolio of workforce solutions including:
- IT Staff Augmentation
- Project-Based Consulting Services
- Statement of Work (SOW) Engagements
- Direct Hire and Executive Search
- Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to develop winning staffing strategies and project solutions.
- Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through CRM and sales forecasting.
- Lead discovery meetings, solution presentations, contract negotiations, and proposal development.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise staffing initiatives as needed.
- Monitor industry trends, customer initiatives, and competitor activity to identify current growth opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue, gross profit, and activity targets.
- Represent the organization professionally at client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
