About the Role:
We're looking for a senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in localisation and contract manufacturing, with strong domain expertise in NPD (Recent Product Development), Localisation, and Reverse Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in localisation/contract manufacturing
· Build and manage client relationships with OEMs/brands seeking localisation/NPD or reverse engineering solutions
· Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
· Collaborate with NPD/Engineering teams to convert client requirements into feasible manufacturing solutions
· Drive market/competitor analysis to identify new segments and opportunities




· Own revenue targets, pipeline management, and key account growth
· Represent company at industry forums, exhibitions, client meetings
Requirements:
· 10-15 years' experience in Business Development, with strong exposure to Localisation, Contract Manufacturing, NPD, and Reverse Engineering
· Proven track record of revenue growth and large account acquisition
· Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle
· Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
· Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred); MBA a plus
· Willingness to travel as required
