Role Description: We are seeking for an experienced finance qualified to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, audit, taxation, statutory compliance, treasury, and MIS. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing the finance and accounting functions of a diversified group of companies across multiple business entities with strong knowledge of Ind AS, ERP systems, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting:




· Manage complete accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
· Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
· Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements.
· Perform ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
· Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (Ind AS preferred).
Audit & Finalization:
· Independently handle statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and other regulatory audits.
· Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit observations efficiently.
· Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and financial disclosures.
· Ensure timely closure of audit requirements and regulatory filings.
Real Estate Accounting:
· Account for project costs, land acquisitions, construction expenses, and project profitability.
· Monitor project-wise budgets and cost allocations.
· Track customer receivables, advances, reten
