Role Description
TrekNomads is seeking a full time Marketing Graphic Designer to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. The Marketing Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling branding materials and graphic designs, conceptualising and executing campaigns across online and offline platforms, and collaborating with the social media marketing team to develop engaging content. This role involves designing promotional materials, enhancing brand identity, and contributing to the company’s marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and storytelling.

CTC Budget: 2.4-3.6 per annum

Roles & Responsibilities
Design & Visual Content
Create engaging creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, website, and advertisements
Design posters, reel covers, carousels, certificates, brochures, and campaign assets
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials
Develop visual concepts for trek launches, seasonal campaigns, and community events
Ensure high-quality output aligned with TrekNomads’ premium positioning

Campaign & Marketing Support




Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and visual strategies
Translate marketing briefs into impactful visual designs
Support performance-driven ad creatives
Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms

Brand Development
Contribute fresh ideas to enhance TrekNomads’ visual identity
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines
Ensure storytelling through typography, colour, and layout

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Video editing for Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos
Basic motion graphics knowledge
Photography or visual storytelling experience
Prior experience working with travel, lifestyle, or outdoor brands

Who Can Apply
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, or related field (or strong portfolio equivalent)
Freshers to 1+ years of relevant design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and composition
